Amy is passionate about supporting nonprofit leaders in overcoming internal and external obstacles, seizing opportunities, and maximizing the impact of their work.
Her approach is hands-on. She gets to know her clients and their organizations and partners with them to develop practical, customized, result-driven solutions.

Over the last 20 years, Amy has served in high-level, leadership roles at organizations that support the arts, food security, economic justice, education, housing, human rights, social services, and more.
Amy has guided organizations through transformative change including leadership transition, mission alignment, and long and short-term strategic planning.

She is adept at building and stewarding strategic donor partnerships. She has designed and executed dozens of capital campaigns, ranging in size from $1 million to $250 million. She also has experience implementing social investment and community capital campaigns. She is an experienced marketing and communications strategist with a proven track for developing and executing successful public relations campaigns. She holds a Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and a BA in English Literature from the University of Massachusetts.

She is also co-owner of Longmire Springs Brewing, a brewery in planning, located in the bucolic town of Packwood, Washington.
